Brand new only taken out for pictures. It has an \"X-Out\" marking on it because it has a not very noticeable mark on it that looks like a little smudge when held in the light a certain way (you can see it in one of the pictures). This caused the Quartermaster company to not be able to sell this knife without that marking as it didn’t pass their quality control standard on looks. I did buy this directly off of their website as a perfectly functioning knife and that was it’s only fault. Retails for $350 MADE IN USA!
