Rare, early, comic book from Marvel\'s MARVEL SPOTLIGHT series. This comic -- #1 of the series -- was published by Marvel, in Nov 1971. The beautiful cover pictures Native American hero, RED WOLF. I am not an expert on grading the condition of comics, so please forgive me if I do not use the correct terminology. And the grades of condition are not meant to follow any industry standards, they are just common sense grading -- as if I was grading any collectable. But I always try to be strict in my grading. Overall Condition: Solid VG+/EXCELLENT .... The comic has only light signs of use ... slight edge wear and some bundle-string indentations along the bottom edge. However, there are no stains, writing, spine-roll, or other major problems. The colors on the cover are bright and the inside pages are clean and easily readable. NEAR MINT - A comic that shows little to no signs of handling, as if it was just purchased from the corner store. ....... EXCELLENT - A comic that was maybe read once or twice, with light signs of use/handling, such as minor spine/edge wear. ....... VERY GOOD - A comic that has been read and show average signs of use/handling. In this condition, a comic may show some or all of the following: spine/edge wear, corner creases, light to moderate roll on spine, small surface dings -- but there will be no major flaws. ....... GOOD - A below average condition example that has been read numerous times. In this condition, a comic may show some or all of the following: writing on covers or inside pages, spine/edge wear, corner creases, cover or page tears, heavier roll on spine, soiling, a bit of fading. ....... FAIR - A well-below average condition example that has been read numerous times. In this condition, a comic may show some or all of the following: pieces missing from cover, heavy edge/surface wear, writing on covers or inside pages, numerous chips/wear along the edges, multiple creases, tears on covers/pages, heavy roll on spine, serious staining/soiling, fading. ....... POOR - A well-below average condition example that has seen better times. In this condition, a comic may show some or all of the flaws of a Fair copy, but may also have: missing much of the cover, crumpled pages, heavy wear of all kinds, multiple creases/tears.
