The Saffron Booking Basket was introduced March 2002 and retired from the Regular Line February 29, 2004. Only Hostesses who received two new offers to have additional shows were eligible to obtain this basket as a thank you from the company. It resembles a small Button Basket in Warm Brown Stain and ⅜” weave with shoestring inverted bottom weaving and two stitched leather ears. The basket is in excellent condition and includes the fabric liner in Paprika as well as the plastic protector and product cards.

The Longaberger Company created handwoven baskets out of hardwood maple sourced from the US, pottery, hand-forged wrought iron and other items for over forty years, from 1973 to 2018. Longaberger baskets were handwoven baskets and initialed by the artisan who created them. As a consultant for over 20 years, I have a great deal of inventory that was either stored or used for display purposes. I also seek out excellent Longaberger items to bring to you online since the company has ceased operations.
