Here is a genuine fossil tooth from a Leptoceratops, acousin to Triceratops, as both areCeratopsians, a group of beaked herbivorous dinosaurs.

Leptoceratops lived in Wyoming, among other areas. This tooth is from Lance Creek Formation, Wyoming. From the Cretaceous, the last of the Age ofDinosaurs.

This particular tooth measures about 22.8 mm. (0.9”).

As for the teeth, to quote Wikipedia (which I help support), The teeth are unusual in thatthe dentary teeth have dual wear facets, with a vertical wear facet where themaxillary teeth sheared past the crown, and a horizontal wear facet where themaxillary teeth crushed against the dentary teeth. This shows that Leptoceratops chewed with acombination of shearing and crushing. Between the shearing/crushing action ofthe teeth and the powerful jaws, Leptoceratops was probably able to chewextremely tough plant matter.
