This would probably be considered a tailgate generator. Rated output on the front panel is 3.3 amps at 120V and a DC output of 8 amps at 12V. If you combine both of the above figures you get approximately 400 watts. But it definitely puts out more; it ran a 6 amp angle grinder with no problems — that would be 720 watts; your mileage may vary. I feel it’s underrated. It runs great and is a quiet four stroke Kubota engine so extremely reliable. If it had a cover on the backside, it does not have one now. To my knowledge no other issues. It is lightweight for a generator, but probably expensive to ship. I do see parts readily available for it on but rarely do you see a complete one for sale. I’m going to run it local pickup only for now because that would be ideal. I would consider shipping.
