FIRST AND FOREMOST.......THIS IS NOT A WEAPON. IT DOES NOT MEET ITAR REGULATION AND IS NOT GOVERNED BY ANY LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL LAW OR REGULATION. IT IS A RAIL!!!!!!!!Up for sale is a brand new HK Top Rail from Knight\'s Armament. It will fit on the HK MP5 rail and I believe the HK91/94 rail, which may be the same. It is on the instructions but i didn\'t want to open it just to see. This is old school, it has the Vero Beach address on the box and paperwork.
What you see is what you get. No more or less.

I no longer ship to FPO/APO. This is not because i hate the military. I am a vet. I have had three packages \"lost\" after having sent them to FPO/APO addresses. Once bitten, thrice shy.
I do not offer returns, all items are sold AS IS. Even though the condition may be brand new, I sell all items as used.
I ship on Saturday. If you buy on Monday, it goes out on Saturday. If you buy on Thursday, it goes out on Saturday. If you buy Saturday AM, it will go out same day, etc, etc, etc.
I try to keep my shipping costs down, but remember, takes a bite, PayPal takes a bite, and shipping takes a bite, so if you are making me an offer, please make it a realistic one. I always refund any extra money on shipping. I will combine shipping as best I can.
