Fabric 100% cotton
Item is in excellent - gently used condition...
Worn very sparingly - fabric does have that soft, cotton brushed look & feel
No rips, tears, holes, fading or shrinkage
There are a few very small & very faint grease stains on bottom of shirt (see images) -- might just need a spot treater & a little hand scrub
All of our clothing is washed in cool water, on delicate cycle & then HUNG to dry so there\'s no heat damage or excessive wear on fabrics
