If graded, I\'d say this book is a 3.0/3.5 or better. Front cover has spine ticks, blunted corners (with small chips in corners of spine), stress marks (creasing/wear along spine), a 1/2 inch tear on spine (can be seen from inside front cover - see pic), another smaller tear on spine, color fade, some scuffing and light staining, wear around edges and areas of creasing and folding (including some crease lines that run vertical/across cover). Back cover has discoloration/foxing, scuffing, some light staining, areas of creasing and folding, small chip/tear on bottom left hand corner and along bottom edge there is a fold with two tears surrounding it (see picture). Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, discoloration/foxing, some scuffing, small stain here and there and some pages have small folds in corners
