This was used very little. It works great. Only what is pictured is included. I have the unit, the pedal and cords, and almost 50 brushes (one pack of 25 is unopened and the other pack is open and contains 22 or 23 brushes). I do not have the hose. We just tested it before taking the pictures. It powers on, the foot pedal works and the speed adjusts.
