DESCRIPTION

This is a listing for a Vintage Fostoria Glass Industry Booklet. This booklet is 46 pages plus the front and back covers. This is titled \"Agreement between FOSTORIA GLASS COMPANY and the American Flint Glass Workers\' Union of North America AFL-CIO\" ~ including Local Unions no.10, 59 and 507. This was in effect for the 1958-1959 time period. As you can see by the Table of Contents, there is a great deal of specific information for factory rules & guidelines. There is a section that addresses the reporting to work of a mould maker, holding a regular position would be guaranteed 3 hours of work unless there are circumstances like flood, fires, tornadoes or other disasters. I have provided some example pages of this booklet. This comes from the paper archives we are selling that were retrieved from the Fostoria Glass Company in Moundsville, West Virginia, USA after it closed.

This is in good used vintage condition with some age speckles and some stray marks as seen.
