This phone is untested but appears to be clean for the most part on the inside AND the dial spins properly and sounds great. The phone\'s housing (plastics, cords, etc.) need a good cleaning. There is no rust on the base, just the usual calcification from the four base pads.
The color appears to be FADED turquoise but it is quite possible it faded from another blue color. The faded color is largely unison. The handset closest to my arm in the photo is the color of the phone you will be buying. The other two handsets are unfaded TURQUOISE (middle) and AQUA BLUE (right).
