1. Use a hair dryer to blow it for 15 seconds (beware of hot)
2. The figure will become soft and bent part become straight (scepter/guns) automatically. Or make any style if you like.
3. Wait for another 15 seconds until it is cool down. Gashapon will back to hard again and the shape is fixed.
