From Department 56's Heritage Village Accessories.
* One of the first carriages released by Department 56.
* And one of the first accessories that contained materials other than ceramic or porcelain. String and gold chains adorn this accessory.
* MUCH larger than most accessories up until that year.
* 10.5 L x 3.25 W x 4.25 H*** ALL Department 56 buildings and accessories FRAGILE. Many buildings have one or more areas of increased fragility, such as signs, lamps, spires, balconies, etc. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building or accessory.
** We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. For serious buyers, we are more than happy to take pictures of the individual items prior to shipment at the buyer's direction.
USE & CONDITION

** We use a "ring"lamp to photograph many of our items. We also use a lot of Styrofoam inour shipping process. If any presumed defects are noted in the photos ofany of our pieces, they are likely from the light's reflection or a stray smallflake of Styrofoam that was not noticed during the photo session. Lastly, being mostly a consignment service, our prices are set by eachitem's owner.Each collector or former retailer listing merchandisewith us is given the option of including a "Make An Offer" tab forbuyers to use for their BUY IT NOW listings.

The vast majorityof our long-time, serious collectors and former retailers prefer NOT to includethis option in their listings.They feel this lessens the value ofthese very popular collectibles.They attempt to price their listingsclose to the current, fair, market price and prefer not to be contacted severaltimes for each piece they list with us discussing discounts in a ?garage sale?type of interaction. Many of our sellers tell us "If we were wilingto accept a lower price, we would have listed it at that price".
