Cigar Store Chalk Ware Figure: Early, nice smaller size figural chalkware Indian Princess cigar store counter-top bust, w/ embossed ORIENT advertising on base. Heavy, high quality piece has nice patina to paint surface, w/ a little light scattered wear from use, including some non-offensive early chipping wear on crown .Impressive piece, displays nicely (C. 8). Almost 12 inches tall by 6 wide.

The Orient Tobacco company was run out of Hong Kong and produced cigars and tobacco products in the early 1900's . A rare piece of early tobacco advertising in lovely condition.
