Our ornaments are handcrafted blown glass and hand painted accents.Glass cylinders are heated and then free blown or quickly pressed intomolds. Liquid silver is poured into each ornament to provide thereflective background for the final step of painting and glittering. Thisstep by step process can be very labor intensive and take as long as 7 days tocomplete one ornament. Because each ornament is handmade,slight variations can occur and are normal.

Returns/Refunds

Please contact us immediately toauthorize a refund or return. A refundor a return is at our discretion. Damagedornaments must be reported within 7 days of receiving. If an ornament has arrived damaged, we mustreceive a picture of the broken ornament to include the top of the ornament andthe box. Returns must have all originaltags attached.Refunds will not be provided if item is missing theiroriginal tags.
