CSFIF Custom ATS-34 Steel Hunting Bowie Knife Walnut Wood Handle- XF03. This beautiful knife was 100% hand forged. This awesome handmade knife is 15.00" long, with a 10.00" blade made of ATS-34 Stainless Steel. ATS 34 is a chrome molybdenum alloy and has excellent edge retention. ATS-34 is also abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant. It provides better edge retention than standard stainless steels. ATS-34 is a good choice for blades that require heavier cutting applications because it has very good edge holding ability.. This blade was oil tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 58-60HRC, and is 4.50MM thick. The blade was professionally sharpened at 25 degrees resulting in an extremely sharp and durable edge. The handle is made of walnut wood. This is a brand new knife, and includes a custom handmade leather sheath.
