1 . Twopage hand written cognition on vellum . Miss Calton and James Boothdated 1840 . Paper cut out duty stamp G4R (King George IV) . Blue duty stamp for 9 shillings sealedwith silver tape . Scotland stamp for 30.9.1839 and Dumfries Districtstamp 24.2.40 . Part is written in latin . Paper size fully open 19½x 14½ inches . Four folded . Excellent / VG condition . No tears atfolds . Hand writing fading but legible.

2 . Sasinein favour of Miss Calton on two pages . Dated 1806 . Paper cutout stamp with G3Rcypher(King GeorgeIII)backing onto blue duty stamps sealed with silver tape. Copperplatehandwriting fading but legible.
