BABY ELEPHANT IS CARVED INSIDE

This sale buys a unique crafted Elephant Figurine made from solid stone. Elephant has his trunk up which is a sign of good luck. Elephant was carved with nice detail to face, ears, trunk, legs & body.

Body is carved with large open circles so the craftsman was able to carve a baby elephant inside – also with good details. Not sure what type stone was used (possibly soapstone) but elephant is shades of gray & white with the look of marble.

Figurine measures about 3½” long x 3” tall & is in very good condition. Nice conversational piece to display or add to an Animal Sculpture or Elephant Figurine Collection!
