This is the smallest shear that I have ever seen from the Buffalo Forge & Blower Co. It is No.14, it weighs about 5 1/4 lbs. It is 6 in. long & 5 in. high not counting the handle it is 10 1/2 in. long. It looks like it was set up to cut small bar stock, possibly a jeweler or gun smith or salesman sample piece. as found & in very nice condition. FREE SHIPPING IN THE U.S.A.
