This sale is for a BRITISH, R1125B APPROACH BEAM RECEIVER; also designated 10D/13338. From what I have been able to find out it receives at 38 MCs and was an early MARKER BEACON receiver used in many British aircraft during WW-II. It is complete with tubes and appears to be un-modified. It is contained in a heavy, cast aluminum housing, which looks like it is designed to be waterproof. The two tubes are marked VR-108 and 10E/11096. Take a good look at the pictures as they give a much better description than words can. This radio has not been tested and is offered for sale AS IS with NO RETURNS. If you have any questions, please ask them before offerding. Shipping will be by UPS ground for the actual shipping cost, plus $6.00 for packing materials. I refund any excess shipping charges if the shipping calculator comes up with a higher than actual shipping cost.
