Fine quality leaf swage blockThis hefty steel stake is built to withstand the heavy use associated with blacksmithing, armoring, and jewelery making cold and hot steel, copper, brass, tin, etc. This tool was designed to put the curvature in long slender leaves. The work surface is shaped and ideal for forming and planishing a wide variety of metals. The tool is constructed is of tough 60/45/12 ductile iron and has a tapered shank to fit a Pexto type stake plate. I sell a great bench plate and other tools that fit the same plate. The tool weighs approx 7 lbs.
