The artist is Adolf Kaspar, one of Czechoslovakia\'s most famous artist-illustrators. This card depicts a couple from the Ragusa (now Dubrovnik) area of Croatia. The publisher is VKVK of Prague, Czechoslovakia. Traditional ethnic costume is dying out in many areas; therefore this postcard is an important historical record.
CONDITION: Excellent condition for age, only very slight corner rubbing and tanning of the surface as is common to old cards. Please check the condition of each item using the photo magnifier; zoom in and enlarge. All cards are original, vintage and/or antique unless otherwise noted. They have normal wear common to all old postcards. Every card is kept in a smoke-free environment.
