Up for sale is an unopened antique can of Red Star Brand Pure Clam Juice by Koehler & Hinrichs, St. Paul, MN. Koehler & Hinrichs was established in 1884 as a wholesaler for butchers and meat packers. My research indicates that this can is well over a hundred years old. The paper lithographed label has a man looking through a telescope on one side and what appears to be a General Store scene on the other side. The label has wear consistent with it\'s age and both the top and bottom of the can has some rust. Even though this can is showing it\'s age, it has amazing graphics which were done by G.H. Dunston Litho, Buffalo, N.Y. The can displays beautifully and is approx. 4-1/2\" high with a diameter of approx. 3-3/8\". Can is unopened and contains it\'s original contents which is not safe for consumption. Can is for display purposes only. Please see all photos for condition and ask any questions prior to offerding.
