That's right, for all sellers who may be unaware and advertising Marvel Age #29 to be the 1st preview of Longshot, Amazing Heroes #39 actually contains this seminal event. And it's not even close! AH #39 came out at the beginning of 1984. MA #29 came out in the middle of 1985! Last I checked, 1984 came before 1985. You see, originally Longshot was meant to be a 4 issue limited series to come out in mid-1984. It was solicited in Amazing Heroes #39 but it was delayed, it was expanded to 6 issues and came out over a year later. The picture of the book is a stock photo and yes, it's slightly overpriced(I don't really want to sell my VF raw copy, just get the word out). Thank you for visiting(And spreading the word)!***I would also like to make sure everyone knows how AH #39 is NOT the 1st preview of Spidey's black costume(it's actually the 5th preview...even AH #35 has a look at the costume way before #39 came out!) but that would probably cause AH #39 to drop in value(since Spider-Man > Longshot) and I don't want that to happen for obvious reasons! ;)
