This is a rare 100% authentic US Army Philippine Campaign Medal Badge, with a numbered tranche indicating it was awarded to Brigadier General CHARLES AUSTIN COOLlDGE, who was an important military officer during multiple wars and conflicts over almost 50 years of US history. The medal was manufactured in the United States for vets of the Spanish-American War (1898-1902) and is an original piece of militaria.
