In excellent to very good condition. Two (2) are UNUSED & three (3) are USED. FULLY-READ DESCRIPTION BELOW! No major damage, no heavy creases & no rips/tears/splits. THREE (3) of these cards are USED (i.e. \"Written on/in\") with a child\'s crude writing on the back/inside. Most have minor age-tanning. A few MAY HAVE very minor creases, back-side staining, push-pin holes and/or minor damaged edges from years of drawer storage. NO ENVELOPES! Any flaws, if present, will be either written about here in the condition section of the listing OR visible in the photos. I attempted to compile this lot from a much larger one by approximating the decades
according the formats, art styles & graphics.

Origin/History: Found in the estate of a retired public school teacher; who was a major hoarder. She taught school in rural North Carolina from the 1920s until the 1950s. Most, if not all, of these cards are from her students whilst they were children. My parents & I cleaned out this teacher\'s nasty estate hoard during the 1970s; decades before the \"Hoarders\" reality-TV show.

Structure/Composition: All are die-cut & are made of card-stock paper. Most are single-sided & a couple have creases in order to fit into smaller envelopes. All have a smooth finish.
