Here\'s one of the rarest Haggadot to be found, it\'s the first edition of the Union Haggadah published by the CCAR, ie the Reform Rabbinate. It is illustrated and as to be expected not much of a Haggada as most of the text is not to be found despite the name of this book: \"THE UNION HAGGADAH: HOME SERVICE FOR THE PASSOVER EVE\". There\'s more of an analysis of the history of the Haggada, songs with notes and some text, than the actual Hagadah itself. Please see the table of contents for what\'s inside this rare book.PS Other sources on the net seem to indicate that the first edition was really 1923, but I found that THIS book actually bills itself as a Haggada! Contains 108 pages with many black and white illustrations, printed in Cinncinati, Ohio by Bloch publishers.Condition: Minor staining,used, original covers, ex libris of HUC library (withdrawn) and owner signatures. Very good condition.
