The item you are buying is a PSA GRADED and ENCAPSULATED 1996 DC Overpower Collectable Card Game Special Character Cards Thorn Explosive Charge card. The card was graded a 10 by PSA. This card comes from my personal collection. The plastic of the encapsulation has no cracks and is scratch free.
