SEE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS BELOW.This decorative dish is also functional—made of a unique satin black material that is impervious to alcohol, boiling water, and cigarette burns. The Couroc Company was a Monterey, California, company founded by San Francisco gallery owner, Guthrie Courvoisier, in 1948. It produced a range of trays, boxes, ashtrays, and glassware until the company closed in the early 1990s.Measures 7 3/4\" diameter x 1 1/4\" deep (19 cm x 3 cm).
