EXTREMELY SCARCE - UNIQUE - written in 2 ink colours on parchment-like paper - I will try to decipher it!Black ink says "L&S A116 23 April 1821", then there is an unreadable name and a swirly mark and the words "Given Auth" and on the back it's signed "W Scott 1821"The brown ink is more descriptive and says "Between the 19th & 20th of this month my girl (nancy) was delivered of a male child whose name is to be saphire. March the 24th 1821" and it's signed "Wm Scott, no 12 Plean Street).
