Dilated time = Proper Time * sqrt(1 - (v*v)/ (c*c));

v = your velocity
c = speed of light

Run the calculations now.

At low speeds of v the sqrt term is basically 1 and proper time = dilated time.
At speeds approaching c the sqrt term approaches zero and dilated time slows getting closer and closer to zero.
