This Maasai warrior stands gazing out to stand guard over his people. He is tall and majestic in his textured green satin patina skirt and brown tunic. He wears a green patterned cloak over one shoulder and carries a long spear. T appears to be a larger beads on his beaded necklaces and his earrings look to be metal and wire rather than the traditional beaded earrings. He also carries a massai shield which is adorned with symbols. The patina finish is very elegant. The green looks like aged copper and the brown also like aged metal. Stacy Bayne's unique sculptures carve a lasting visual impression of the Maasai Tribe.
