Up to now, it is not clear whether the great explosion was due to a comet or an asteroid or something else. We are searching for an answer.
Scientists have depth sounded the sides of lake Cheko, situated five milews from the impact a few miles from the Tunguska impact.

Its cone like shape tells them that it was a low velosity impact.
They have found the reflection of an object sitting below the mud level, but what is it?
