You are correct that the US has already fallen. Its social programs are mathematical impossibilities. With 100 million Baby Boomers to be retired by 2015 with projected lifespans of 100 years and mammoth chronic medical bills, the US will implode under a fury of "GIMME!"

1) China has no social programs, including income redistribution.
2) China does not respect patents.
3) China did not bankrupt itself in the Cold War.
4) China runs on Freon and coal. China does not abuse itself over Enviro-whiner issues.
5) China has an effective system of criminal justice and does not tolerate recidivism.
6) China has no Feminazis or Queer Nation.
7) China has effective public education that favors the Gifted not the crippled.
8) China gives Yahweh the middle finger.
9) China does not hold meetings. China cuts throats.
10) If China lost 300 million Chinese - the entire population of the US - it would still have a billion Chinese. Note that North Korea NEVER pisses in China's direction.

Karl Marx hs no technical training whatsoever. He envisioned the future as a giant feudal agricultural state. HA HA HA! Now laugh about the Federal goverment stuck with annual entitlement payments approximating the entire gross domestic prouct. ha ha ha.

China is killing itself slowly. They have major issues with pollution. Many of their fresh-water lakes are dead.

There justice system not only doesn't tolerate recidivism, it is proactive to the point of incarcerating people who haven't committed any crimes.

On the good side, they aren't worried about copyright laws and they've accepted capitalism to the point where some smart people have figured out how to make a decent living there.

There constitution has better wording concerning the portion equivalent to our 1st amendment (it's based on the soviet model). Unfortunately, the constitution of china isn't actually enforced.
