this entire charade involving Mr Bundy is nothing more than
a illegal land grab that involves politicians doing favors for
industry , favors that already include millions of dollars of tax payers
money spent to attempt to remove Mr Bundy , and further contracts
between a agency of the United States and
industry that is to be paid for by industry , if you step back and look at
this charade and the agencies and people involved it resembles organized crime
more than government of the people of a nation.
if you or anyone else believe that this type of criminal acquisition of peoples property
and or attempts at the / any unconstitutional removal of peoples rights as U.S. Citizens
by or through any legislation , policy or bill written
within the laws of the United States of America is legal
then procedures to pursue Mr Bundy in a court of law for the
criminal act involved should be pursued , the only recourse that any entity pursuing Mr Bundy would have would be
the refusal of Mr Bundy to concede his rights as a land owner whos land is adjacent to the lands managed by the BLM.
it is not illegal for Mr Bundy to refuse to concede his rights as a U.S. Citizen to the BLM.
you speak of fear for the union , if this type of practice
continues there will be no union to fear for , there will
