plasma arc waste disposal sounds like its something special when its really just a waste incinerator that uses massive amounts of power... its not better, and any time you burn something you are creating co2; pollution. i doubt that you could capture the co2 and do something useful with it, without discovering some kind new technology; people are actually working on this right now.
