After I paid for the item he texted me saying that he will wrap the item in plastic bag and thus the box of the item might be damaged upon arrival. The item was a collectible so I needed the box intact. After asking him for some better wrapping he said it will cost me more. None of that was mentioned on the ad. Besides that the item was advertised as brand new, however he mentioned that he will open it for "inspection" cause Japanese products are missing parts from the factory. Not to be trusted

This was recommended to maintain the condition of the item. Additionally, while Japanese products are typically new, there can be instances of missing parts, which is why we inspect all items before dispatch. We explained the necessity of this inspection. Going forward, we aim to provide clearer information and improve our services.

The seller has been very kind to inform me about two bags which had been opened by post officer due to some checks, so i was already aware about them when i opened the packge. Order to deliver to UK and it got here within 7 days. well package and arrived as describe. good price but for import item you have to pay about 20% for import tax. With out import tax this shop probably the best price you gonna get on ebay.
