Robert and team went the extra mile to pack out the table to ensure it made it safely after the first cab was significantly damaged in transit. would highly recommend the team at Galaxy for anyone looking for recreational or arcade products. A++++ Seller. Machine is exactly as described. Very happy. Came brand new in the box on a pallet. Machine is 2016/2017 model. Seller said no hard drive included, but mine had a 60gb SSD in a bag in the box. I had to install it. On it was Windows 7. I fully expected to install my own software and OS on it which is what I still intend to do. Dont expect the unit to be plug and play. You will have to load your own VP software on the machine to use it.
