BUYER BEWARE! !!! Very difficult to deal with. Sent toner cartridge that had holes in the bag that is supposed to be vacuumed sealed . Was advertised as brand new. Toner was not sealed , tried to return, had to get eBay involved and eBay approved return.. seller has received the return over a week ago and does not respond and still has not sent the refund…

This was a factory sealed toner cartridge. It was sent unused and unopened. I cannot speak to what happened when it was opened for the first time by this buyer.
