The core is pliable so that a gasket is no longer required. Simply tighten the filter into the adapter extremely tight, then screw the assembly into the mask.

Unsure of whether this will have a proper gas seal, but it lets me throw the paper filter into a mask for cosplay, so it's good enough for my purposes, if I was really going to use it for anything else I'd grab some teflon tape for the adapter.

The CPU had arrived in excellent condition. The CPU is intact and safe inside the CPU tray. It was also protected inside another container protected with bubble wrap that was inside the package. The package also arrived quicker than expected as it was shipped in Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost which is great. The CPU will be soon be tested to ensure it's functional.
