After trying to contact the seller with no avail because I had not received my faux rock, I opened a case. A few days later, it arrived, but it is NOT the rock I wanted and paid for. It was thrown on my porch, not inside a box, missing the pins that secure it to the ground. Very disappointed with the quality, communication, and shipping service!

I never got the item- a book. They first said the shipper "broke" it. They reached out and asked for more time sent another. I had TWO separate UPS tracking numbers. One said it was 30 LBS and the other 28 LBS. This was a book! Message came from EBAY saying delivered - both of them. It was not delivered to the address I provided but According to UPS it was delivered to a Women's Clothing Store in another town. Seller quickly put in a refund. What was shipped under my order#?
