The item I purchased was shipped with two different labels on it so there was some confusion with the shipper and so by the time it got to me the packaging was beat up and damaged significantly. The item was broken in many pieces. I contacted the seller and they agreed to issue a refund on Jan 20 but since then I have not received that refund and am getting no response from the seller. I notified the seller and gave them every opportunity to make this right before writing this bad review.
