My order did take a while to arrive but it was worth the wait. The 1st stick didn’t have that much smoke that came out of the Palo Sanyo stick but the 2nd stick did burn well and had amazing smell. The items I received were not the ones I ordered. I tried working it out with the buyer. He said he would give me 50% off on the feathers I ordered. But I have not gotten my refund back. I ordered feathers that were 1.1/4 -2.1/2. Wide . The ones I got were about 1 . Inch wide. They are not what was advertised. Can I please get help in my return. Thank you
