The item was exactly as described, which means it's in great shape. There are two positive factors beyond that. 1) To say care was taken in the packaging would be an understatement...packaging was exceptionally good, with insulation on all sides, to protect the product. 2) The item was shipped via UPS, which I appreciate, because UPS is hands down the better shipping company than its competitor, which is notorious for misdelivering packages. nicks_cool_stuff goes the extra mile.
