The item is poorly made and isn't air tight around the bottom tar chamber. Also the poker tool doesn't fit snugly in the pipe because the hole is too large. I requested a return and the seller granted. Reasonable shipping time. Easy transaction. Item is new but just poorly made so I am going to still give 5 stars because technically the rating is for whether or not it is new as described.
