This light is an awesome addition to my man cave! It came in with a busted tube despite the impressive packaging, so I contacted the seller to let them know. They offered to repair the light or send me a replacement tube to fix it myself. I opted to get the replacement tube and fix it myself to avoid shipping the light back and forth. The replacement tube came in today and the installation was simple and easy. Thanks for great customer service!

Neon sign arrived broken although it was packaged securely. Great communication with the seller. After a few messages back and forth, they sent me a new tube to replace the broken section which I had to install myself with little difficulty since they sent me instructions on replacing. Now it's lit up and looks great. They even customize the length of the cord for me. Very satisfied with the whole process in spite of the unfortunate breaking during shipping.
