The plastic binding has 1 piece that is broken. The page showing the inside of a pocket watch has scratches. The top 'handle' has fold lines/bending. There is a 1.25" tear at the bottom of the 'handle.' The handle is fragile - would not want to hang calendar from the 'handle'. The calendar pages are in great condition. Original packing envelope shows wear, stains, dark lines/dirty spots and tears. The largest tear at the bottom opening is about 5" long. Original address label is affixed. Envelope post marked 12/11/1974. There is a cardboard insert inside the envelope to protect the calendar.”
