Item was listed as new, but that wasn't entirely accurate. Had been stored for a long time and was missing all the accessories. Some damage to one unit, some foreign debris in another, scratches and such. Firmware inspection indicated it actually was unused, so that is hard to describe in a listing. Understandable. Seller had really good communication and worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Appreciate the resolution.
