This item is a very cool unique piece, Solar Power Design by Ishiguro. Can work with power from the sun or from the electricity-powered bulb, the man on the bicycle starts to pedal. Solar panel direction can be moved to accept sunlight or to face the bulb to activate motion. Very unique piece, one that will surely be a conversation starter. Measures 9 inches wide at the base and about 8 inches tall.
