Description Offered for your consideration is a vintage lot of 3 mustard advertising spice tins. From, I would guess, around the 1940-50s, the group includes a Colman\'s 1/4 pound (empty), a 1 1/2 ounce Premier (some product) and an Astor 2 1/2 ounce can (NOS) of Astor Whole Mustard Seed. The Colman\'s is was a product of Reckitt & Colman (England), the Premier was distributed by Francis H. Leggett of New York, and the Astor mustard was packed by the B. Fischer Company of New York. As mentioned, the Astor tin is full of product. The tins are in very good \'as found\' condition, showing some expected handling, but is free of denting or significant scratches. All of the graphics are clear and legible. There is some oxidation to the bottom of the cans. The Premier tin measures 2 3/4\" x 2 3/4 x 1 1/4\", the Astor tin measures 2 7/8\" x 2 1/4\" x 1 3/8\", and the Colman\'s measures 4\" x 2 1/2\" x 1 3/4\". Combined, the have a total weight of about 10 ounces. A well represented addition for the tin/kitchen collection. sales can be combined to save on shipping. Thank you for viewing my listing.
